At the buffet, every morning, whether you prefer sweet or savory, you will find a wide selection of organic and zero km products.

In addition to omelettes, eggs, meats, local and national cheeses, salads and vegetables, yogurt, fruit, cereals, homemade cakes following “grandma’s recipes”, traditional local dishes are waiting for you, such as the Tropea onion omelette, the pasta omelette, the eggplant parmigiana, eggplant meatballs, “pipi e patate” and much more.

We offer careful selections of teas and coffees (espresso, decaffeinated, bitter and non-bitter ginseng, hazelnut coffee, chocolate, express and tasting teas, lactose-free milk, soy milk, rice milk).

The kitchen, upon supplement, is available to the Customer to respond to any desire if not present in the buffet, subject to availability, upon notification and request at least 24 hours in advance.
