Palazzo Mottola is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), access by motor vehicles is sanctioned with a fine of approximately €76.00; by communicating the vehicle license plate / vehicle registration document / copy of driving license within 24 hours prior to arrival, access is permitted for loading and unloading luggage (for approximately 15 minutes) at a cost of approximately €10.00 – €20.00. Contact the Reception for more and more precise information.
Entry is permitted from the Piazza Cannone area gate or through the Corso Principale depending on the volume of the vehicle, which must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, indicating the license plate/type and model of the vehicle and providing the vehicle registration document at Reception.
Parking
Palazzo Mottola does not have private parking.

Public paid parking in via Pietro Ruffo di Calabria (under the train station): about € 2.00 per hour.
Transfer
It is possible to book the transfer (transfer from/to Tropea train station, from/to beaches and bathing establishments below/within a radius of 2 km), costing approximately € 25.00 – 30.00 per trip, in private taxi, always advising of the arrival time or the exact time of the request.
Transfer from/to Lamezia Terme airport to the Facility with a qualified driver authorized to access the ZTL area, on request, with a supplement (upon confirmation of the transfer, payment of 30% of the amount due is required), Palazzo Mottola is responsible for the booking and accuracy of the service if the booking is made by the Facility: information, details, name and telephone number of the driver will be provided upon confirmation of the booking of the service.

Check-in time: from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
Check-out time: from 10 am to 11 am.
(for check-out before 10 am, payment of extra must be done the night before).
Late Check-in, Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Early Check-out: upon notice at least 48 hours before.
Supplements:
Late check-in: (after 9 pm): € 50.00 flat rate until 11:00 pm; from 11:00 pm onwards €35.00 for each hour or fraction of an hour thereafter.
Early check-in: (from 12 p.m. to 3 pm): € 90.00, upon notice and subject to availability.
Late check-out: (from 11 am to 2 pm): € 100.00 upon notice and subject to availability; after 2 pm the room rate for an additional night will be charged.
Early check-out (before 10 am): notice is required at least 12 hours in advance and no supplement is required; for other times, notice is required at least 12 hours in advance and a supplement of € 50.00/€ 100.00 is applied, as well as payment of extras the previous evening.

The property does not have a lift and is not able to accommodate disabled people.
Pets are not allowed inside the property.
At the time of check-in, as required by Italian law, a form must be signed regarding correct information for the customer.
Only people who have provided the requested personal details at the time of booking will be able to stay at Palazzo Mottola. The presence of guests other than those staying overnight is subject to approval by the management.

Upon confirmation of the reservation, a payment of 20% of the total amount is required, non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation policy
The remaining 80% of the total amount enjoys free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. Once the free cancellation period has expired, the balance must be paid.
Please note that the 20% paid upon booking confirmation is not refundable in any way and that the balance is due upon expiration of the free cancellation.

Invoicing Request:
Any invoice must be requested at the time of booking confirmation and will be issued/forwarded within 14 days of payment being received.
In case of failure to notify at the time of booking confirmation, the invoice will be sent by email.
